Upper Deck was thrilled to be able to bring excitement and smiles to the 2021 National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, IL. Upper Deck hosted a free break on Thursday and where fans got to try a sample of some of the company’s latest releases from hockey and golf in particular.
On Friday, Upper Deck partnered with GTS Distribution for a free welcome raffle. Fans were thrilled to score items like boxes, autograph cards, shirts, fun gauges, sling packs, calendars, pennants, breakers mats, Upper Deck Spokesmen Funko Pops, black promotional packs and more!
On Saturday Upper Deck allowed fans to pick up their expired redemption exchange cards on site. Fans not in attendance will have their cards shipped to them later this week.
Upper Deck provided Certified Diamond Dealers in attendance with black promotional packs and collectors loved seeing the mix of sports in these packs. This happy collector was thrilled when he pulled a Joe Burrow autograph card limited to just 25 copies! Take a look at the checklist if you are putting the set together!
Upper Deck also had fun with collectors surprising some of them with UDRAK gift bags.
Two kids in particular were a favorite for the team named Max and Owen. They built card packages using their own cards to share with kids at the show to try to get more youngsters involved in the hobby. We thought that was pretty special and we enjoyed rewarding them for their thoughtful gesture.
Were you not able to make it to the show? Upper Deck completely understands collector hesitancy to attend a show like this with the pandemic still causing so many issues throughout the world. We want to give our fans a chance to score some of the fun giveaways from the show through Upper Deck’s Random Acts of Kindness program. Simply share why you love collecting Upper Deck on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #WeCollectUpperDeck and we will select some fans at random to score some goodies from the show! You have until Friday, August 6 at 5:00 p.m. PST to make your post.

During Covid like so many people it was stressful, but collecting and trading cards helped my get through this crazy pandemic.
