The Superhuman Registration Act shattered several teams and organizations across the Marvel Universe, but none more so than the Fantastic Four. Where others were mere allies or comrades, this was a family torn apart by conflicting ideals. If even Marvel’s First Family could be divided (if only for a while) then truly anything could happen.

That’s the biggest inspiration for Vs. System® 2PCG®: Fractured Family, and one need only look at the Team Affiliations on these two Main Characters to get the point across.

Reed Richards and Sue Storm are on opposite sides of the Civil War, aligning with Iron Man and Captain America respectively. The ripples of that disagreement – of a husband volunteering and a wife going into hiding – would be felt throughout the conflict even on a global scale.
