Welcome to our previews for the Fantastic Battles Arc for Vs. System 2PCG. Today is the second preview article for the 55-Card The Frightful Issue! This Issue has many of your favorite (or least favorite if you’re a goody-goody) Fantastic Four villains! Today we’ll start with perhaps the most despicable Herald Galactus has ever created!
Hard to tell he’s a bad guy! He really embraced being a Herald, even fighting a group of previous Heralds who had gone ‘soft’.
Speaking of ‘soft’ Heralds, here’s one now:
He must have shifted right over to this Issue from The Herald Issue. How does he do it? I red that it’s the keto.
I don’t know how to segue to this next card.
The Maker is an evil Reed Richards from the Ultimate universe. He’s smart…and mean. And because he’s mean, he’s making me explain his powers:
If the Maker is in your deck, you get to have the usual Invention pile, plus you can add up to five Equipment to it. They must be different cards (same name but different game text is fine) and can’t already have the Keyword Invention. (You can also include copies of those Equipment in your deck if you like, and the copies in your Invention pile don’t count against them. For example, you can have a One of a Kind Equipment in your deck and the same one in your Invention pile.)
Note: While the Maker (and only the Maker) can Invent those Equipment, you can still only play them if you meet their play requirements. For example, if the Maker invents a 
Cosmic Cube, you get to put it into your hand. But you still can’t play it unless you have a character with on your side.
Our final card today is a fitting one with all this talk of Heralds and Galactus. Indeed, it is our first look at Galactus himself!
