Remember Hologram is a keyword that gives an opponent a chance to “see through” the character in order to stun it.

But why would Mysterio want to put a Hologram onto an enemy side?

Because when it gets stunned, you’ll level up? Oh, Mysterio, he’s so tricky!

At Level 2 Mysterio can turn any supporting character in your hand into a Hologram. For example, let’s say Mysterio pays an , and then you put a Thanos supporting character from your hand onto your side. Thanos would gain the Hologram keyword and appear with two wounds (because he has 3 ).

Note: Once a character you made into a Hologram leaves play, it will lose the Hologram keyword.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Mysterio without one last bit of trickery. Mysterio’s Level 1 card has been misprinted to look like this –
