Over the years collectors have hypothesized about what the numbers on packaging for Upper Deck hobby products are used for. There are a variety of numbers on packaging and Upper Deck’s Head of Customer Experience shares what they mean, how they are used, while dispelling some popular hobby myths.

You will find the track and trace number inside hobby boxes on the top inner flap or underneath the packs on the bottom.
You will also find the track and trace number on the outside of the hobby boxes and premium packs like Black Diamond seen here.
Should you have an issue with a new Upper Deck product released in the last year, please keep everything together including the receipt. As a reminder, Upper Deck can only provide warranty assistance on hobby products purchased from a Certified Diamond Dealer, so make sure you are purchasing from an authorized source and always ask for a receipt.
