In case you haven’t seen it yet, Upper Deck announced a ‘Million Pack March for the Troops’ donation drive today to celebrate Veterans’ Day. Working with Operation Gratitude, we’re hoping to get 1,000,000 unopened packs donated to our troops by Veterans’ Day 2010. One year may seem like a lot of time, but that’s a lot of packs to collect. We’ll need your help to make it happen.
Upper Deck will establish drop-off collection spots at conventions, Diamond Dealers and hobby shops, so we encourage you to donate a pack or two when you can. For a more direct donation, you can send packs to this address:
Operation Gratitude/California Army National Guard
Attn. Upper Deck’s Million Pack Drive to Support the Troops
17330 Victory Boulevard
Van Nuys, CA 91406
We’ve already donated 100,000 packs to get things rolling, but will definitely need your help for the rest. Whether it’s sports cards to remind them of home, or a trading card game to keep them busy and entertained out there, let’s do our part to thank them for everything they do for us.
